Air power and military are meant to fight the enemy and not your own citizens... How do you differentiate a Maoist?... It will create a civil war-like situation.

Fighting Maoism isn't like fighting an enemy across the border. They are civilians. The military and paramilitary have been trained to fight the enemy, but these are tribals dwelling in forests. They are also our citizens, whom we have ill-treated.
The least we can do is to respect the Constitution because that's the foundation on which our republic is built. If you give the Constitution the go-by, your republic will be under stress.
